Our Vacant policy is a Named Peril policy that offers coverage for many common perils like fire, explosion, lightning, windstorm, hail damage and more. The policy is specifically designed for the unique needs of vacant properties.

• Full 12-month policy with flexible payment plans and pro rata cancellation. Offers the option to renew for the second year.

• Coverage options include liability, personal property and vandalism and malicious mischief.

• Optional high deductibles help lower premium.

• Agreed Loss Settlement. In the case of a covered total loss to the home, the settlement will be the Amount of Insurance listed on the Declarations Page, less any applicable deductible.

Landlord and Rental Coverage Highlights

Our Landlord program offers two Dwelling Fire policy options.

 

• Dwelling Fire One policies are similar to a DP-1 policy. This policy is specifically designed for the unique needs of landlord properties. This policy is Named Peril with an Agreed Loss settlement in case of a covered total loss.

• Dwelling Fire Three policies are similar to a DP-3 policy, for landlord customers who want Comprehensive coverage on the dwelling. This policy also has an Agreed Loss settlement.
